dhaka9 Terms & Conditions

1.0 Definitions

"Platform" means the dhaka9 website and mobile web application accessible at dhaka9.app and all associated sub-domains. "Account" means the registered member account held by a Player on the Platform. "Funds" means real-money balances held in a Player's Account. "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits granted by dhaka9 that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. "Verification Documents" means government-issued identity documents, proof of address, or payment method ownership documents requested by dhaka9 for KYC compliance purposes.

2.0 Eligibility and Registration

To register an account on dhaka9, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your membership:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and on your own behalf.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable law.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, contractor, or close family member of dhaka9 or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You have not previously had an account closed or suspended by dhaka9 for a breach of these Terms.
• You are registering with accurate, truthful, and complete personal information.

dhaka9 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Registration of an account does not guarantee the right to receive any bonus or promotional offer.

3.0 Account Verification (KYC)

dhaka9 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") programme in line with responsible platform standards. You may be required to provide one or more of the following at any stage:

• A government-issued photo identity document (National ID, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of bKash or Nagad account displaying your registered mobile number).
• Source-of-funds documentation for large deposits or withdrawals.

Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the period specified in the verification request will result in suspension of withdrawal capabilities until compliance is achieved. dhaka9 will not be liable for any losses arising from a delay or refusal to verify that is attributable to the Player.

4.0 Deposits and Withdrawals

All monetary transactions on dhaka9 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the Player's Account in real time subject to network availability. dhaka9 does not charge a fee for standard deposits; however, mobile financial service providers may apply their own transfer fees for which dhaka9 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. Withdrawals will only be approved once identity verification is complete. dhaka9 aims to process all verified withdrawal requests within one business day. In cases of large withdrawals, dhaka9 reserves the right to process payment in instalments. dhaka9 reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal request where it reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or a potential money-laundering risk.

5.0 Bonuses and Promotions

dhaka9 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free-spin credits, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and BPL cricket season. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published at the time the promotion is active, in addition to the general bonus rules set out here.

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money Funds and carry a wagering requirement before they become withdrawable.
• Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement for deposit bonuses is 30x the combined deposit and bonus amount.
• Bonus Funds must be wagered within the validity period stated in the offer. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, and per IP address.
• dhaka9 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice if operational or legal circumstances require it.
• Any attempt to abuse a bonus — including but not limited to low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk — may result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.

6.0 Player Conduct and Prohibited Activities

Players are expected to use the dhaka9 platform in good faith and for its intended purpose. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform without human instruction.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical glitches. Players who discover such an error must notify dhaka9 support immediately.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using dhaka9 accounts as a pass-through for funds unrelated to genuine gaming activity.
• Registering multiple accounts, including accounts in another person's name.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Abusing the customer support team verbally or in writing.
• Attempting to access another Player's account without authorisation.

dhaka9 reserves the right to void bets, cancel withdrawals, and close accounts where prohibited activity is detected, regardless of whether that activity has been completed or is still in progress.

7.0 Game Rules and Betting

All games available on the dhaka9 platform — including slots, live dealer table games, fish shooting games, crash titles, and sports betting markets — are governed by their individual game rules as supplied by the respective game provider. In the event of a conflict between the specific game rules and these Terms, the specific game rules shall prevail for that game or market.

For sports betting, including cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, Bangladesh Tigers), football, kabaddi, and other markets, the following general rules apply:

• Bets are settled in accordance with the official result published by the relevant governing body.
• In-play bets are accepted at the live odds displayed at the moment of confirmation. dhaka9 is not responsible for telecommunications delays that affect the timing of bet placement.
• If an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled without resuming within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• dhaka9 reserves the right to suspend betting markets without notice.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event and per Player; these are displayed in the betting interface.

8.0 Responsible Gaming

dhaka9 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all its products. The Platform provides a range of tools to help Players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. Players who wish to restrict their gaming activity may access these tools from their account settings at any time or by contacting the support team.

Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the active exclusion period. Players who believe they have a gambling problem are encouraged to reach out to the support team or seek professional help from a recognised counselling service.

dhaka9 will never contact a self-excluded Player with promotional material during the exclusion period. If promotional material is received in error during a self-exclusion, the Player should report this to the support team immediately.

9.0 Intellectual Property

All content on the dhaka9 platform — including but not limited to the dhaka9 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, and promotional material — is the exclusive intellectual property of dhaka9 or is used under licence from third-party providers. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, copied, distributed, published, or transmitted in any form or by any means without the prior written consent of dhaka9.

Game content — including titles, artwork, soundtracks, and mechanics — is the intellectual property of the respective game studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others) and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

10.0 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dhaka9 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Interruptions, delays, or errors in the Platform caused by circumstances beyond dhaka9's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, power outages, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms.
• Unauthorised access to a Player's account caused by the Player's own failure to maintain security of their credentials.
• The Player's reliance on any information on the Platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate or out of date.
• Any decision by dhaka9 to suspend, restrict, or close a Player's account in accordance with these Terms.

Where dhaka9 is found liable for any loss, the maximum aggregate liability shall be limited to the total net deposits made by the affected Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.0 Privacy and Data Protection

dhaka9 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. dhaka9 uses SSL encryption on all sessions to protect data in transit and implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to safeguard stored data against unauthorised access.

12.0 Account Closure and Termination

Players may close their account at any time by contacting the dhaka9 support team. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account (after deduction of any pending bonus obligations) will be returned to the Player via their last-used withdrawal method within a reasonable period.

dhaka9 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or where required by legal or regulatory obligations. In the event of closure due to a breach by the Player, dhaka9 may retain any Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds, and may void pending withdrawals pending investigation.

13.0 Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint about the dhaka9 platform, you should contact the support team in the first instance by visiting the Support page. dhaka9 aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours of receipt and to provide a full response within five business days.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal support process, you may request escalation to the dhaka9 compliance review team by clearly stating "Formal Complaint — Escalation Request" in your correspondence. All escalated complaints are reviewed by a senior team member not involved in the original dispute.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which dhaka9 operates. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.

14.0 Amendments to These Terms

dhaka9 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their account or via an in-Platform notification. The updated Terms will take effect from the revised effective date published at the top of this page. It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

15.0 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the entire agreement between the Player and dhaka9 with respect to the use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
